Kuch Kuch Hota Hai: There is a reason this movie has been a beloved Hindi staple for over a decade. Kajol and Shahrukh are magic. The floppy hair, the "love is friendship" line, the secret handshake, the gazebo rain dance scene! So wonderful. Plus, the story is cute, the actors are talented, and the minor characters are entertaining. If you aren't rooting for Rahul in all of his adorable confusion and Anjali in all her lovelorn yearning, you are a cold, heartless person and will never have a healthy romantic relationship.
Raja Hindustani: Karisma and Aamir have great chemistry - it is a shame they only made one movie together. Their kiss in the first half is probably the hottest kiss in the history of
Bollywood movies, plus this movie has some great songs. Despite the cringe-worthy slapstick comedy and Aamir embarrassing himself, if you are looking for a melodramatic romance with misunderstandings, class warfare, and some light comedy mixed in, this is a movie for you.
